Have you got a desktop Arizer Extreme Q 6.0? Congratulations! It’s an amazing device! Read our guide below to learn how to make the most of this device and get even better results each time you vape!

Arizer Extreme Q 6.0 Vaporizer is definitely the most popular vaporizer on the market, which is no surprise – this device is versatile, reliable and it provides a great quality vapor. There are a few simple tricks that will let you get even better results than before. Our experts have put all the tricks they know into one article for you.
Elbow Pack – how to use much less material
Every user of Arizer Extreme Q 6.0 Vaporizer has definitely noticed that the glass Cyclone Bowl is rather sizeable and requires quite a large quantity of herb, at least 0.4 g. While it’s perfect for long sessions, it’s too much for solo sessions, which makes this vaporizer not very economical in terms of the herbs used.

However, there is a very easy way to solve this problem, and vaping fans have called it the Elbow-Pack. The idea is to leave the Cyclone Bowl empty and load the herb into a small screen located in a glass elbow in the silicone tube. The herb should be very well-ground and tamped down well enough to stay inside the screen when you turn it upside down.
This way, you will only need 0.1 g of herbs per session. However, since the herbs placed inside the screen is farther away from the heating element than when it’s in the bowl, you have to raise the temperature you would normally use for the inhalation.
Our experts suggest that you should set the temperature 10-15 degrees higher than when you use the Cyclone Bowl chamber. Make sure you remember it.
The inhalations with the Elbow-Pack method not only are much more economical (just right for a solo session) but also provide a much thicker vapor.
To sum up – if you’re planning to enjoy your Arizer Extreme Q 6.0 on your own, then the Elbow-Pack method is a much better solution than placing the material in the Cyclone Bowl.
Connect Arizer Extreme Q 6.0 Vaporizer to an 18mm water pipe
Even though Arizer Extreme Q 6.0 can be purchased in a version equipped with a small bubbler, it’s much better if you connect it to a full-size water pipe

Obviously, it must be a water pipe that can be connected to a vaporizer – one that allows for the blowpipe to be removed and used independently, without the glass pipe for water. The easiest way is to pick a water pipe that has a blowpipe installed on glass, 18.8 mm cut – it will be extremely easy to connect it to your Arizer Extreme Q 6.0.
All you need to do is get another elbow – the same type as the one installed at the end of the glass tube. Once you have this element, you can use it to replace the glass mouthpiece located at the end of the glass tube in order to have a tube with two endings with elbows, both of which match an 18.8 mm cut.
Place one end in the cut of the Cyclone Bowl chamber and the other one – in the cut of the glass pipe. If you take long enough draws, you’ll be able to fill even the largest bong with vapor.
Above all, however, the inhalation through water will protect you against the biggest inconvenience related to the inhalations with convection vaporizers, which is throat dryness. When you inhale large quantities of warm air, it always dries out your throat, but water filtration not only cools the vapor down but also adds moisture to it.
Warm water does the best job in this case – it adds moisture to the vapor and prevents it from condensing on the outside of the pipe, which would happen with cold water, due to the difference of temperatures between the warm vapor and the cold pipe.
The use of warm water reduces the possibility of condensation to the minimum and it helps save the precious substance.
Filter the vapor from the balloon through water!
If you have a water pipe with an 18.8 mm cut, you can use it to filter the vapor condensed in the inhalation balloon that you filled with your Arizer Extreme Q 6.0. It’s very simple because the glass adaptor of the balloon, installed in the Cyclone Bowl chamber, also has an 18,8 mm cut.

Therefore, once you fill the balloon, block the mouthpiece with your finger and move the glass adaptor from the Cyclone Bowl chamber to the water pipe. When you install the balloon in the adaptor, you can start inhaling the vapor from the balloon. It’s a great way to add variety to the balloon inhalations, plus it improves the comfort of the inhalation and the quality of vapor.
A water pipe with an 18.8 mm cut can be used in more than one mode of Arizer Extreme Q 6.0, which makes the purchase a great value for money.

I just purchased the Arizer Extreme Q, love it! My only concern was the lack of valve on the bags, so I got rubber bite valves & voila! Perfect valves for the bags!¹
