What’s in the box

The kit does not include a mains adapter. The manufacturer recommends a 5 V, 1.5 A charger (2.5 A maximum), and charging should always happen in a well-ventilated spot.

First use

Before you load the first concentrate, do two things: a full charge and a clean of the factory-fresh parts. The manufacturer requires this before first use.

1. Charge the battery fully with the original USB-C cable. A green LED during charging means 100%.
2. Remove the mouthpiece and the 3D chamber.
3. Soak the mouthpiece and the 3D chamber in isopropyl alcohol for 20 minutes.
4. Clean the thread under the chamber with a cotton swab soaked in isopropyl alcohol.
5. Leave the parts upside down until fully dry, then reassemble the vaporizer.

Do not rinse the parts with water. The manufacturer states this explicitly, so use nothing but isopropyl alcohol to clean the Puffco Pivot.

Step-by-step operation

The whole operation of the Puffco Pivot relies on a single button and an LED. The colour of the LED shows the selected temperature mode, and the light bar counts down the heating cycle.

1. Open the hinged chamber and use the included tool to place concentrate at the bottom of the chamber.
2. Close the mouthpiece, pressing it in until you feel gentle resistance.
3. Turn the device on by holding the button for 3 seconds.
4. Press the button once to select a temperature mode. The LED colour shows the chosen mode.
5. Press the button twice in quick succession to start the heating cycle. The LED will begin to fill up gradually.
6. Wait for the vibration and the LED flash. That is the signal that the device has reached temperature and you can start inhaling.

You can read the remaining cycle time from the LED light bar. Do not run more than 4 heating cycles in a row, because the device will overheat. After a series of sessions, give it a moment to rest.

You can check the battery status by the LED colour while charging. Green means 100%, yellow around 50%, and red a battery close to empty. Charge only with the original USB-C cable.

Cleaning and maintenance

Clean the chamber after every vaporization, as the manufacturer recommends. Leftover concentrate in the chamber is the most common cause of the chamber error and weaker flavour.

A full clean looks exactly the same as before first use. Remove the mouthpiece and the 3D chamber, soak them in isopropyl alcohol for 20 minutes, and wipe the thread under the chamber with a soaked swab. Dry the parts upside down and only then reassemble the device, remembering that nothing gets rinsed with water.

After a session, do not touch the heating chamber, the oven lid or the metal parts for 10-15 minutes, until they have cooled completely. Do not store the Puffco Pivot in hot places, for example a closed car or next to a radiator.

The device does not turn on or charge

Three red LED flashes mean a drained battery, so start with a longer charge. Use the original USB-C cable and a 5 V / 1.5 A adapter, and if there is no response, test a different charger and a different socket. If the device still does not charge despite a working power source, the built-in lithium-ion battery cannot be replaced by the user and the case qualifies for a warranty claim.

The LED signals a chamber error

Four white light signals mean no chamber detected. Check that the chamber is fitted correctly. The sequence red, white, red, white is a chamber error: clean it with isopropyl alcohol and check the fit again. If the code comes back after a full clean and complete drying of the parts, report it as a warranty claim.

The red LED stays on for 5 seconds

That is the overheating signal. Stop using the device and give it time to cool down. The most common cause is a series of intense sessions, so stick to the limit of 4 heating cycles in a row. If overheating appears even during single cycles, describe it in your service request.

Little vapour or weaker flavour

In the vast majority of cases this is residue, not a fault. Clean the chamber and mouthpiece with isopropyl alcohol, and before a session close the mouthpiece until you feel gentle resistance. After cleaning, vapour and flavour usually return to normal.

Warranty

VapeFully is liable for the conformity of the Puffco Pivot for 2 years from purchase. You report a fault directly to us, with your order number and proof of purchase; an e-invoice is entirely sufficient.

The manufacturer states that modifying the device voids the warranty. You have 30 days from receiving your parcel to return it without giving a reason. The claim procedure is described on the Returns and complaints page.
