Returns and complaints

We all sometimes buy something that doesn’t meet our expectations – and buying online is the most difficult channel in terms of making the right choice. We know the feeling and we don’t like it, either. The feeling that we lost money and that we have another product that we don’t need and don’t like. We don’t let it happen by offering a beneficial return policy. We want you to be fully satisfied with the purchase made in our shop.

30 Day Return Policy
You can return the ordered products within 30 days of receiving the delivery. We don’t ask for the reason! The device must be in its original packaging and unused – it must be in a saleable condition.

Procedure
If you want to return a product, please contact us. We will look into it promptly so that you can get your money or another product as soon as possible.

Complaints
All the devices sold in VapeFully are covered with the manufacturer’s guarantee (minimum one year, usually 24 months within the date of purchase). In order to make a complaint about a product, please send us an e-mail with a short description of the problem and your order number – we will try to exchange/repair the broken unit and bring the waiting time down to minimum. You will be notified about the result of the complaint by e-mail as soon as possibile, no longer than 14 days from the day of receiving the unit.
