Returns and complaints

We all sometimes buy something that doesn’t meet our expectations – and buying online is the most difficult channel in terms of making the right choice. We know the feeling and we don’t like it either. We don’t want that your shopping experience gives you the feeling that you lost money and that you have another product that you don’t need and don’t like. That’s why we offer a fair return policy. We want you to be fully satisfied with the purchase made at our shop.

100 Day Return Policy

You can return the ordered products within 100 days of receiving the delivery. If you’ve used the vaporizer, make sure you clean it, for example with VapeCleaner. A used product sometimes is not in resaleable conditions – we can decide this only once we’ve seen it. If, for hygienic or other reasons resulting from the use of the product, the value of the vaporizer decreases – then we reserve the right to deduct the amount resulting from the value reduction of the product proportionally to the wear level. You can receive a cash refund within 14 days. We don’t ask for the reason! The device must be in its original packaging and preferably unused – it must be in a saleable condition. The refund is 100% of the price if the product is unused, or 85% of the price for the equipment that has been used. Also if the product is dirty and needs cleaning on our side, you will only get 75%. From the 15th to the 100th day, instead of a cash refund, you will receive a voucher to use in our store.

If you want to return a product, please contact us. We will look into it promptly so that you can get your money back or another product as soon as possible.

Complaints

All the devices sold in VapeFully are covered by 24 months a manufacturer’s guarantee from the date of purchase. In order to file a complaint about a product, please send us an email with a short description of the problem and your order number – we will try to exchange/repair the broken unit within the shortest amount of time possible. You will be contacted as soon as possible by email, notifying you about the result of the complaint. This will take no longer than 14 days from the day we receive the unit.
