User Manual Veazy

Veazy is a portable dry herb vaporizer from Storz & Bickel built for maximum simplicity: one button, three LED colours and a fold-out mouthpiece. On this page you will find the complete user manual for Veazy, prepared by VapeFully: from filling the chamber, through the LED signals, to cleaning the cooling unit and the most common problems.

What’s in the box

In the box you will find the vaporizer with its cooling unit and fold-out mouthpiece, a USB-C cable and the filling chamber tool (which also comes in handy when removing the seals). Check the exact contents on the product page before you buy.

Keep the original packaging: it carries the serial number, without which you cannot start a warranty claim with the manufacturer. Use only original Storz & Bickel accessories and spare parts.

First use

1. Charge the vaporizer. Plug the USB-C cable into the charging port. A blue LED means the battery is charging.
2. Learn the signals. An orange LED means heating up, green means ready to use.
3. Learn the button. Pressing for at least half a second switches the device on and off. Holding for 10 seconds restores the default settings.

Step-by-step operation

1. Unscrew the cooling unit. Turn it 90° anticlockwise.
2. Fill the chamber. Pour in ground herb so the chamber is filled completely, up to the rim.
3. Screw the cooling unit back on. A 90° turn clockwise.
4. Switch the device on. Press the button for at least half a second. During heat-up the LED shines orange.
5. Take your draws. When the LED turns green, the Veazy is ready. Inhale through the mouthpiece with long breaths.

Do not touch the filling chamber or its surroundings during operation or in the cooling phase. Rest the hot device only on a solid, heat-resistant surface.

Cleaning and maintenance

Vapour quality in the Veazy depends on a clean cooling unit. You take it apart like this: pull out the mouthpiece while turning it slightly anticlockwise, remove the sealing ring with the chamber tool, open the rotary knob with the edge of the mouthpiece, take off the top piece, slide off the intermediate base, unscrew the base by 90° and remove the large sealing ring and the screen (press it out from above with the tool).

• Place all cooling unit parts in warm rinsing water.
• Alternatively soak them in isopropyl alcohol, for half an hour at most.
• Rinse all parts under running water for at least a minute.
• Let all parts dry completely before reassembly.

With daily use, clean the cooling unit roughly once a week. Condensate builds up quickly and it is what drags the vapour quality down.

Most common problems (Veazy)

The cooling unit will not unscrew

With a heavier build-up of resin, Storz & Bickel cooling units can glue themselves shut. Warm the device up and take a few draws, and it will open without resistance. That is not a defect, just a sign the cleaning is overdue.

Weaker vapour and growing draw resistance

That is almost always condensate in the cooling unit and on the screen. Take it apart and clean it following the section above. Check the packing as well: the chamber should be filled with ground herb up to the rim, and the draws should be long and calm.

It will not charge or switch on

Test another USB-C cable and another socket, without splitters or extension leads. The battery is built in and only the service centre can replace it. Do not attempt repairs yourself: damaged units are repaired exclusively by the Storz & Bickel Service Center, and opening the device on your own means losing the warranty.

Warranty

Veazy is covered by a 2-year Storz & Bickel warranty. This model does not take part in the programme that extends the warranty by a year after registration (that covers other devices in the range). For a claim you need the serial number from the original packaging and your proof of purchase, so keep the box and the invoice. At VapeFully you also have 30 days to return your purchase. Veazy is intended solely for plant-based dry herb and only for adults. Keep the device and the USB-C cable out of the reach of children, never leave a working vaporizer unattended and do not touch the hot filling chamber.
