User Manual XVape Fog Pro

The XVape Fog Pro is a portable vaporizer for dry herb and concentrates, with a stainless steel chamber, an OLED display and temperature control in 1-degree steps across the 100-220°C range. What’s in the box

The manufacturer’s documentation lists the following items in the set:

• XVape Fog Pro vaporizer
• USB-C charging cable
• mouthpiece with filter
• concentrate pod (container)
• dab and scraping tool

Box contents can vary between production batches, so always check the current set on the product page in our shop. Keep the original packaging: the serial number on the box is required for a warranty claim.

First use

Before your first session, prepare the device in four steps.

1. Charge the battery with the supplied USB-C cable. When the LED in the USB port turns green, the device is fully charged.
2. Clean the herb chamber and the mouthpiece with a cotton bud soaked in a small amount of isopropyl alcohol. Always clean a new device before it touches herb for the first time.
3. Run a burn-off with an empty chamber. Set the highest temperature and leave the Fog Pro running for 10-15 minutes, until the factory residue burns away.
4. Switch the device on by pressing the main button three times at a steady rhythm. You switch it off the same way after a session.

Step-by-step operation

Powering on and setting the temperature

Pressing the main button three times switches the device on and off. You adjust the temperature with the plus and minus buttons, in 1-degree steps. Once the chosen temperature is reached, the Fog Pro vibrates and you can begin.

The default session lasts 5 minutes. You can extend it to 10 minutes by holding the main button together with the temperature-up button for 2 seconds. To switch the display from Fahrenheit to Celsius, hold the main button together with the temperature-down button for 2 seconds.

Packing the chamber with dry herb

Grind your herb to a medium-fine consistency and fill the heating chamber, tamping the load down lightly. Do not pack it too firmly, as you will choke the airflow. Start at 180-185°C and raise the temperature gradually when vapour production drops.

Concentrates

Use the supplied pod for concentrates. Place the container in the heating chamber and load a small amount of concentrate into it with the dab tool. Fill the container to no more than half of its capacity; never put liquids or oils directly into the steel chamber.

Cleaning and maintenance

For routine cleaning, a cotton bud soaked in isopropyl alcohol is enough. Wipe the heating chamber and the mouthpiece with it every few sessions, before the condensate has a chance to harden.

Every so often, do a deeper clean. Soak the steel and ceramic parts in isopropyl alcohol for 15-20 minutes, and wash the plastic and silicone parts in warm water with washing-up liquid. After reassembly, run a burn-off at the highest temperature for 10-15 minutes.

Never wash the whole device with water or submerge it. Do not touch the heating element right after use; wait at least 30 minutes for the device to cool down completely before putting it away.

Most common problems (XVape Fog Pro)

Most reports for devices of this type are not a defect, but dirt or technique. Go through the list below before you send the device in for a claim.

Weak vapour or growing draw resistance

A gradual drop in vapour combined with increasing draw resistance is almost always condensate clogging the vapour path and the filter, not a fault. Do a full clean with a burn-off and check your technique: slow, long draws, herb ground medium-fine, chamber packed without force. If vapour does not return despite a clean device and confirmed heating, write to our service team.

It does not charge or switch on

First test a different USB-C cable and a different charger, ideally in another socket, and check whether the LED in the port reacts at all. After a deep discharge, leave the device charging for longer before you judge whether it works.

Do not put the Fog Pro away for a long time with a nearly empty battery. If the charge level drops below 2 percent and stays there, the battery will stop accepting a charge. That scenario counts as damage through neglect, not a manufacturing defect, so keep the battery topped up. When the device does not respond despite a working cable, charger and an extended charging period, it is a case for our service team.

Strange or burnt taste

A chemical taste on a new device usually means it was not burnt off before first use. A burnt taste during regular use is most often a temperature set too high from the start, or a dirty chamber. Burn the device off, clean it and start your session at 180-185°C instead of the maximum.

It switches off mid-session

The Fog Pro ends a session automatically after 5 minutes, or after 10 minutes once you change the setting. This is a battery-saving feature, not a fault. If the device shuts down mid-session on a low battery, simply charge it. A real problem is losing power during inhalation despite a full battery; report that symptom to our service team.

Worn screens and mouthpieces

Across the brands of the manufacturer TopGreen, small parts such as screens, filters and mouthpieces are consumables. They wear out through normal use and are not covered by the warranty, but you can replace them yourself in moments. Damage found immediately on delivery is a different matter: report it straight away, with photos of the device and the packaging.

Warranty

XVAPE is a brand of the manufacturer TopGreen. The warranty runs for 2 years from the date of purchase and covers the electronic base unit; it does not cover the mouthpiece, the battery cell, the scraping tool or other detachable parts. This period matches the 24 months of seller liability for product conformity. The serial number on the original packaging is required for a claim with the manufacturer, so keep the box. Safety: the XVape Fog Pro is intended solely for vaporizing dry herb and concentrates that are legal in your country; it is not suitable for nicotine or any liquids. The device is meant for adults, so store it out of reach of children and pets. Do not puncture or crush the battery, do not expose it to temperatures above 60°C, and recycle a worn-out cell in line with local regulations.
