User Manual Arizer V-Tower

The Arizer V-Tower is a mains-powered desktop convection vaporizer in which you inhale the vapour through a silicone whip. On this page you will find the complete user manual for Arizer V-Tower, prepared by VapeFully: from the burn-off before the first session, through packing the Cyclone Bowl, to cleaning and the most common problems.

What’s in the box

The set includes the heating unit plus the glass parts and accessories: the Cyclone Bowl, a glass elbow adapter, a silicone whip, screens and a stirring tool for the herb. Check the exact contents on the product page before you buy.

Keep the original box. It carries the serial number, which you need for a warranty claim with the manufacturer.

First use

A new V-Tower needs cleaning and a proper burn-off to get rid of manufacturing residue. Set aside about an hour for this.

  1. Soak the glass parts (the elbow adapter, the Cyclone Bowl) and the screens in isopropyl alcohol, then rinse them with hot water and dry them.
  2. Rinse the silicone whip with hot water and leave it to dry completely.
  3. Fit the bowl and the glass elbow adapter, set the highest temperature (260°C) and leave the device on for at least 30 minutes.

Step-by-step operation

  1. Plug in and switch on. You start the V-Tower with the on/off button after connecting it to the power supply.
  2. Set the temperature. Adjust it with the up and down arrows. The M button lets you pick options, which you also adjust with the arrows. The range is 40-260°C, so it handles a wide variety of herbs.
  3. Pack the bowl. Fill the Cyclone Bowl with herb (0.4-0.7 g) or make a so-called Elbow Pack: about 0.1 g of herb in the elbow adapter, which you place in the Cyclone Bowl.
  4. Connect the elbow adapter with the silicone whip.
  5. Wait for the warm-up. The device needs around 15-20 minutes to stabilise its temperature.
  6. Take your draws. Draws should be long, at least 10 seconds each. Stir the herb in the bowl with the included tool every 4-5 draws.

The V-Tower is not suitable for vaporizing concentrates: it is a dry herb device only. The basics of inhalation technique are covered in our guide on how to use a vaporizer correctly.

Cleaning and maintenance

  • Soak the glass parts and screens in isopropyl alcohol, then rinse them with hot water and dry them.
  • Rinse the silicone whip with hot water and leave it to dry.
  • Every so often, run a burn-off at 260°C, just like before the first use.

Regular cleaning and burn-offs keep the vapour quality at its best. A neglected screen and dirty glass are the number one cause of weaker sessions with this model.

Most common problems (Arizer V-Tower)

Weak vapour

Check for dirt and review your technique first, not the device. A clogged screen and condensate on the glass gradually choke the airflow: after a full clean, the vapour comes back. Also take long draws (at least 10 seconds) and stir the herb every 4-5 draws, because in a convection device the top layer of herb vaporizes faster than the bottom.

If the vapour is still thin, raise the temperature. A dense cloud only appears in the higher ranges.

Strange taste in the vapour

A chemical or plastic taste in a new device means the burn-off was too short. Repeat the 30-minute burn-off at 260°C. A burnt taste in everyday use usually means the temperature was too high from the start of the session: begin lower and raise it gradually.

The device does not heat up

Check the power supply and whether the display shows the temperature rising. If the device does not heat up at all despite a working socket, that is a genuine fault, not a user error. Arizer gives a lifetime warranty on the heating element, so file a complaint instead of improvising.

Warranty

The Arizer V-Tower comes with a 2-year warranty on the device and a lifetime warranty on the heating element. Glass parts are not covered, but they can be bought separately. For a claim with the manufacturer you need the serial number from the original packaging and proof of purchase (an e-invoice is enough). At VapeFully you have 30 days to return your order; the details and the claim form are on the Returns and complaints page.
