What do I have to do in order to participate?
It’s really easy. All you have to do is register, and then post a banner or link with your individual reference code anywhere on your media, site or even sending it in private message.
Where can I get my link?
After registration you should be able to login HERE, where you can see your whole Affiliate Panel. you can generate your referral link there, but also see the statistics of visits and purchases, edit your information etc.
What do I get?
Each purchase made through your referral link will grant you 10% provision gross (means 23% VAT needs to be deducted). You can check the amount you’ve made anytime on your Affiliate’s panel. The minimum payment that can be cashed out is 100 euros. If you wish to cash out, please, notify us first. Payments are made through a bank transfer, within 14 days of your request. The commission is applied to the net amount only, excluding shipping costs.
Do I get the gross or net sum of my provision?
Making an invoice we have to deduct the tax, so if you wish to cash out you have to take in account 23% of tax. So don’t put the whole amount in the invoice, but the deducted sum.
What if someone buys through my link, but then makes a return? Will I still be paid?
Unfortunately, no. In case of eventual returns from customers, the commission will be compensated.
What if someone visits VapeFully’s website from my link, but decides to buy something a few days later?
VapeFully’s website uses cookies attribution for 14 days. It means that our website stores information about a visitor and where they came from, so if anyone visits through your link, but then makes a purchase after a week or two, we will still grant you with 10% provision.
Can I post a few banners with my link, or only one?
The more the better! You can add your link directing to our website anywhere, then post an article about a specific product with your link directing to the product on our website. There is no limitation. Posting more of your link will higher the chances of someone buying from it!
I posted my link, but the statistics aren’t showing any visits. What can be wrong?
Each visit made through your referral link is automatically updated the second it has been done. Maybe you tried to see it yourself and clicked on your banner but the “visit statistics” didn’t update? Please make sure you copied the right link and there are no mistakes. If you’re sure that it is the exact link and it’s still not working, please contact our support team.
Where should I put the link in effort to make the most?
A link can be put:
– In an article
– In a review
– On a banner anywhere on your page:
– Under a photo of a specific product:
– In Your Bio or ‘About You’ section on your page:
– It can be send through private message
There is no perfect answer to this question. If you aren’t sure how to implement your referral link into your website feel free to ask us for help, but first, read some of our suggestions.
It all depends on what your website is and finding the best connection.
- Are you selling products that are connected to vaporization but don’t sell vaporizators yourself? You can make a listing of our products. For example:
Your website deals with aromatherapy? You can recommend top vaporizators for each herb. - You’re an influencer that mostly uses social media to get to your followers? Connect your content to vaporization. For example:
– For a sportsperson: What is the best vape to relax after a workout?
– For a cooking person: Which vaporizator leaves the best ABV for cookies?
– For a musician: What is the best vape when you want to space out to our music?
If you’re still not sure how to get to your customers/followers, it is really helpful to imagine who they are. Create their persona. Write down anything that comes to your mind about them, give them a name, imagine – what is their job? What are their goals, their life issues? What are they feeling right now?- anything to understand them better.
Are they regular herb-users that should switch to vaporization? Or maybe patients that started using medical marijuana and need some tips on how it’ll benefit them best? Are they a youth to whom you can talk in slang or maybe they’re older people tired of work, searching for a way to relax? Creating a profile of your customers/followers will not only be useful implementing our Affiliate Program, but It will also be helpful in a longer run, for whatever you’re doing!
