Great that you have such tiny little things in your offer for vaporization accessories;) In this case, these weren't the type of plugs I was looking for (a misunderstanding occurred), but for the future it will definitely come in handy if one gets lost! Moreover, customer service is at the highest, unheard of and oh so desired level that one expects from a supplier. Return proposal, quick responses to questions, fast and reliable help/knowledge about products and their organization possibilities... That's what impresses me. This is the direction marketing/customer service should be heading. Despite the mistake, I want to continue purchasing from this particular supplier!
