Hi, I have the B insert and I can compare it to an FMJ DIY insert, which weighs about 2 times more (almost 5 grams) than the GR insert (a bit over 2 grams). The heavier DIY insert heats up longer and allows you to empty the chamber in two heatings. GR heats up faster and extraction is smaller, but you don't need to rotate the device - which is basically the point, and it's harder to burn the herb even on the 4th heating :) + 1 point for appearance, which actually (after a few heatings) doesn't change, unlike bare copper :). I would buy it again and if you don't care about fast extraction, the GR insert will significantly improve the comfort of using the DynaVap and give it an elegant look ;). However, if you care about fast extraction, I recommend a piece of DIY copper tube.

I didn't expect such a WoW from something so small. The first heating gives an effect like the second heating of a cap without a cover. The extraction is definitely larger. It easily suffices for 2-3 drags. Golden Roast doesn't cooperate with classic caps, it would be good to add such information in the description. If you don't have a Captive Cap, it's better to skip this purchase, there's no chance that a classic cap won't fall off the tip (unless we really squeeze it hard, but after heating it still becomes loose and falls off).
