The mouthpiece has deformities that were worth mentioning on the page. The problem was reported on November 24, and I waited for a response until December 5, which I received only after the 3rd contact attempt, this time through FB. As it turned out, the deformities "do not necessarily indicate a manufacturing defect" and someone made sure that mouthpieces with such a defect, which are in stock (I understand that such quality fits into quality standards), work correctly. For over 15 PLN (it was more expensive during Black Week), I expected something that is at least aesthetically made, in one word - poor.
