How to use: Grind a small amount of herbs (0.5 g) to a fine consistency and vaporize with a herb vaporizer. Recommended vaporization temperature: 100-130 ° C. Alternatively, pour boiling water (200 ml) over one teaspoon of St. John’s wort, infuse for 20 minutes.

Vaporization with this herb is great for me. Nice smell, and the St. John's wort itself is very healthy. Just remember not to expose yourself to the sun afterwards.
