The AirVape XS GO is a small portable dry herb vaporizer with a built-in battery. On this page you will find the official user manual for AirVape XS GO, prepared by VapeFully. It takes you from the first start-up, through the temperature settings, to cleaning and the most common problems.
What’s in the box
In the box with the AirVape XS GO vaporizer you will find:
- the AirVape XS GO vaporizer with a built-in battery,
- a charging cable,
- a brush for cleaning the chamber.
For deep cleaning you will also need isopropyl alcohol and cotton buds, which are not included in the kit.
First use
Before you pack the first chamber, charge the device and run it empty. This removes factory residue from the heating chamber.
- Connect the AirVape XS GO to power with the included cable. Position the logo on the cable plug facing upwards.
- Charge with a margin. The device has no battery level indicator, so you cannot see the charge on it.
- Turn the vaporizer on at maximum temperature and leave it with an empty chamber for about 20 minutes. This is the sterilisation, or empty burn-off.
Repeat the empty burn-off after every deep clean as well.
Step-by-step operation
Everything runs off a single button. Pressing the button three times turns the vaporizer on and off. Holding the button changes the temperature within the 179-215°C range. The general rules of draw technique are covered in more detail in our guide on how to use a vaporizer correctly.
- Grind your herbs to a medium consistency and fill the chamber to the top, tamping the contents lightly.
- Turn the vaporizer on with three presses of the button and set the temperature by holding the button.
- Wait about 20 seconds for the device to heat up.
- Take a long, deep draw. Take short breaks between draws.
- Raise the temperature every few draws to use the herbs up completely.
The AirVape XS GO also handles concentrates. Form a small ball of degummed hemp fibre, place the concentrate inside it and put the whole thing into the heating chamber. Use the maximum temperature setting for concentrates.

Cleaning and maintenance
After every session, wait for the chamber to cool down and wipe its interior with the brush from the kit. The sooner you remove leftover herbs, the less often a bigger clean will be needed.
Do a deep clean once every 1-2 weeks. Wipe the inside of the chamber with a cotton bud soaked in isopropyl alcohol. Take the mouthpiece apart and soak the parts in isopropyl alcohol, except for the rubber elements, which should only be wiped with a damp cloth.
After cleaning, rinse all the parts in plenty of warm water and dry them. Reassemble the mouthpiece, fit it back on the vaporizer and run an empty burn-off.
Most common problems (AirVape XS GO)
The housing and mouthpiece get very warm
In a vaporizer this small, heat from the chamber reaches the housing and the mouthpiece. Keep the device in your hand throughout the session and part of the heat will dissipate faster. This is a trait of the design, not a fault.
Little vapour or growing draw resistance
A gradual drop in vapour and more resistance when inhaling is almost always a clogged screen and vapour path. Clean the device and check the pack: herbs ground to dust or packed hard block the airflow. Draw slowly and for a long time, and take breaks between draws so the chamber can return to temperature.
Does not turn on or charge
First try another cable and another charger, ideally in a different socket. Because the AirVape XS GO has no charge indicator, charge it continuously for a longer while before you judge. The battery is built in, so if the device does not respond despite a working cable and charger, report it for a warranty claim.
Unpleasant or burnt taste
The taste of reheated condensate is the first sign of a dirty device, so start with a full clean. Do not start at maximum temperature either; raise it gradually instead. A new device can taste chemical for the first few sessions until you run the empty burn-off.
Warranty
AirVape gives a lifetime manufacturer warranty after registering the device with its serial number, so keep the original box and your proof of purchase. Independently of that, we are responsible for the device as a shop for 2 years, and you have 30 days to return it.
