The Tinymight 2 is a portable convection dry herb vaporizer, handmade in Finland and powered by a replaceable 18650 battery. This page is the complete user manual for Tinymight 2, prepared by VapeFully as part of our user manuals library. You will find first start-up, both operating modes, cleaning and diagnostics for the most common faults.
What’s in the box
The manufacturer ships the Tinymight 2 with two mouthpieces. The shorter glass one gives warmer vapour and fuller flavour, the longer titanium one cools it more.
- Tinymight 2 vaporizer
- glass mouthpiece (shorter)
- titanium mouthpiece (longer) with a cooling unit
- linen pouch
The box contents can vary between versions, so you can always check the current kit on the product page in our shop.
First use
Before you fire up your first session, prepare the device in four steps.
- Charge the battery. Connect the Tinymight 2 to a charger rated at least 2 A. The red LED stays on during charging and goes out when the cell is full.
- Use only 18650 batteries with a minimum continuous discharge current of 20 A. Weaker cells are not suitable for this device.
- Clean the herb chamber and the lower part of the mouthpiece with a swab soaked in isopropyl alcohol. Also wipe the upper part of the mouthpiece, inside and out.
- Run an empty burn-off. Set the highest temperature (value 10 on the dial) and run session mode for 10-15 minutes. After the burn-off, the device is ready for its first session.
Step-by-step operation
Start with the dial on the bottom of the device. Setting 0 locks the Tinymight 2, so if the device does not respond to the button, first turn the dial to a higher value.
Packing the chamber
Pull out the mouthpiece and fill its lower part, the chamber, with medium-ground herb. Pat the herb down lightly so it does not spill when you insert the mouthpiece. Put the mouthpiece back into the device and switch it on in your chosen mode.
On-demand mode and session mode
Start on-demand mode by pressing the button three times in very quick succession. You start session mode the same way, but on the last press you keep holding the button until the device vibrates.
In session mode the heater runs continuously, so the battery drains faster. On-demand is more economical and more convenient for everyday use.
Setting the temperature
The Tinymight 2 heats in a range from 140 to 250 degrees Celsius, which covers vaporizing dry herb and CBD concentrates. You adjust the temperature with the dial on the bottom of the device. Start your session on lower settings, for example 4-5, and increase the value gradually.
For concentrates, apply a small amount to a ball of cleaned hemp fibre and set the dial to 9-9.5. The fibre protects the internal parts from melted concentrate.
| Dial setting | Use |
|---|---|
| 0 | device lock |
| 4-5 | start of a dry herb session |
| 9-9.5 | concentrates on hemp fibre |
| 10 | burn-off before first use |
The general rules of working with a vaporizer, including draw technique, are covered in our guide on how to use a vaporizer correctly.
Cleaning and maintenance
A swab soaked in isopropyl alcohol is all you need for cleaning. Wipe the herb chamber and the lower part of the mouthpiece with it. Clean the upper part of the mouthpiece both inside and out.
Clean the device regularly, ideally every few sessions. Condensate residue spoils the flavour of the vapour, and on the battery contacts it can disrupt the power supply.
Most common problems (Tinymight 2)
Most service tickets for this model end at the battery or the dial lock. Work through the list below before you send the device in for a claim.
Tinymight 2 does not turn on or charge
Check the dial first: setting 0 is the lock, not a fault. Then look at the cell. Remove the 18650 battery and reinsert it, paying attention to the polarity. Clean the contacts of condensate and test the device with another healthy, charged cell.
A worn or damaged battery is not a device defect; you replace it yourself in seconds. If the Tinymight 2 does not work despite a healthy cell and clean contacts, that is a genuine fault and grounds for a warranty claim.
The device heats without end
The classic Tinymight 2 has no automatic shut-off. Left switched on, it heats until you turn it off manually or the battery runs flat. That is a trait of this model, not a fault; only the Black Edition got an auto shut-off function.
The battery drains quickly
4-5 bowls on one charge is normal for fully convective heating. With heavy use you will be charging daily. A spare 18650 cell solves the problem faster than any warranty claim.
The vapour is warm and scratches the throat
That is the effect of the short vapour path in the standard configuration, more noticeable at high temperatures. An extended 3D mouthpiece or water filtration helps. The device is working correctly, so a warranty claim will not change anything here.
Mechanical damage
The wood and glass construction is delicate, so do not carry the Tinymight 2 loose in a pocket or bag without a case. Damage from a drop is not covered by the warranty. If a new device arrived damaged, photograph the hardware and the packaging and report the transport damage straight away.
Warranty
The manufacturer, Finland’s Tinymight, gives a 3-year warranty from the delivery date (units bought up to 19 January have 10 years). The warranty requires registering the device on the manufacturer’s website within a year of delivery, covers only the first owner and does not transfer on resale. For a claim you need the original invoice, and you must report a defect within 2 months of discovering it. Independently of the manufacturer’s warranty, you have 2 years of statutory seller liability at VapeFully and a 30-day return window; the procedure is described on the Returns and complaints page.

Safety: the Tinymight 2 is intended solely for vaporizing dry herb and concentrates that are legal in your country. The device is meant for adults; keep it out of reach of children. Never carry an 18650 battery loose in your pocket, because contact with keys or coins risks a short circuit.
