What’s in the box
The core of the kit is the vaporizer with a glass mouthpiece (with a metal filter inside) and a USB-C charging cable. The exact contents depend on the kit version, so check it on the product page before buying.
Keep the original box: it carries the serial number you need for a warranty claim with the manufacturer.
First use
- Charge it fully. Use the included USB-C cable. While charging, the LED in the port glows red, and once finished it turns green.
- Clean the parts. Follow the cleaning section below to remove manufacturing residue.
- Run a burn-off. Switch it on with an empty chamber and leave it for ten to twenty minutes. The device runs its heating cycle on its own, so there is nothing to set.
Step-by-step operation
- Pack the chamber. Grind your herb to a medium-fine consistency. The chamber should be full, but do not press the herb down too hard.
- Switch it on. Click the power button 3 times. The device confirms with a triple vibration.
- Wait for it to heat up. Heating starts automatically and takes about 30 seconds. A double vibration means it is ready.
- Draw. Take long, slow and even draws. The vaporizer raises the temperature step by step on its own, within the 200-220°C range.

Cleaning and maintenance
- Soak the glass mouthpiece and the metal filter inside it in isopropyl alcohol (ISO).
- After soaking, rinse and dry the parts thoroughly.
- Clean the heating chamber with a cotton bud soaked in ISO.
- After cleaning, run a burn-off: empty chamber, ten to twenty minutes of operation.
Make sure every part is completely dry before switching the device on. Regular cleaning of the parts that touch herb and vapour keeps the aroma clean and the performance at full strength.
Most common problems (XMAX V3 Nano)
Weak vapour or high draw resistance
The culprit is almost always condensation on the screen and in the mouthpiece, not a fault. Soak the glass mouthpiece with its filter in ISO and you will feel the difference straight away. Also check the packing: chamber full, herb medium-fine, no hard tamping, and take long, calm draws.
Does not switch on or charge
Test another USB-C cable and another charger, ideally in a different socket, and watch the LED in the port. A deeply drained battery needs a longer charge before the device shows signs of life. The battery is built in and non-replaceable, so no reaction despite working power qualifies for a complaint.
The vapour is warm and intense
That is a trait of the design, not a defect. The Nano runs at high temperatures (200-220°C) and extracts the herb hard, which makes the vapour more pronounced but less cooled than in bigger models. The shorter vapour path plays its part too.
The battery does not last the whole day
The Nano is a device for going out and for quick, discreet sessions, not for intense all-day use. The small built-in battery is the price of the size. Charge it over USB-C before heading out, and for a daily main vaporizer consider a bigger model.
Warranty
The XMAX V3 Nano is covered by a 2-year warranty. For a claim with the manufacturer you need the serial number from the original box, so keep the packaging. Screens and mouthpieces are consumable parts: if one gets damaged, we often send a free spare part once instead of running the full claims procedure.
