The SLX 2.5 Non-Stick Grinder is a four-piece grinder made from top quality 7075 aluminium. The inside is entirely coated with a thin “non-stick” ceramic layer that prevents resin or dirt from clogging its teeth, so it needs to be cleaned much less frequently than other mills.

The SLX 2.5 grinder provides the perfect medium-fine herb consistency for vaporization. This is thanks to the innovative shape of the grinder’s teeth – each of the grinding teeth has as many as 4 edges to grind dry herb. The SLX 2.5 also comes with a very fine mesh screen and a pollen chamber. All this fits into an innovative design with just one thread. SLX is a very well-designed and reliable grinder, but above all, extremely convenient to use.

Once I crushed dry herb to roll a joint, since I have the SLX grinder I crush just for the sake of crushing.

I was used to having cheap 15 euro aluminium grinders which would usually take a while to actually grind up my herbs and would start sticking after a few uses. Sometimes the keef catcher would get completely stuck as well. My friend had one of these (older model) and I used it from time to time over the past couple of years and noticed how fast and easy it would grind. This grinder is a bit expensive but worth it imho but definitely worth it. It only takes a few twists to grind up my bud and the catch bowl with keef screen is kinda handy too (one less compartment to open). The keef catcher does still rattle, which was also an issue with the previous version, but I don't shake it around often for it to really bother me. The reason I removed one star is because I wish it had a screwless design like the Brilliant Cut, but otherwise this is most likely going to be my last grinder
