As the industry develops, there is an increasing interest in the world of vaporization from Asian shipping companies such as AliExpress or Alibaba. Are there reasons why you should buy your first vaporizer on such a website? Are the products offered there genuine?

You don’t have to be a detective to answer the last question in the negative. Such platforms almost never offer genuine products, but cheaper alternatives. Besides counterfeits in such places, you can encounter models of unknown brands that are of very poor quality.
You won’t find them in regular stores – these products very often appear at much lower prices and sometimes that attracts interest. Unfortunately – the consumer loses out, receiving equipment of very poor quality.
And if in the case of a smartphone case or coffee mug you can brush it off, in the case of vaporizers – it’s worth thinking about it several times before clicking the big, shiny “Buy now” button.
Why?
The vapor produced by a vaporizer is intended for inhalation by the user. Therefore, in order to take care of your health, you should make sure what equipment you are dealing with. For a person who had no previous experience with vaporizers, navigating through the multitude of products is certainly not easy.
There is also the matter of price – often people who are just starting their adventure with vaporization are not willing to spend several hundred euros right away. Then friends from China come to the rescue, offering “the same” equipment at a price two or even three times lower. This seems like an opportunity that cannot be missed.
What will you get in the package?
After a few weeks of waiting, you finally receive the ordered equipment. And although the package does not necessarily have to contain a deadly Chinese virus, you still cannot be completely calm about your health. This is what a vaporizer “Mighty” ordered from the Aliexpress website (a counterfeit product from the Storz & Bickel portfolio) looks like after a few sessions:

“Herbal Vaporization” on Facebook.
As you can see, the heating chamber is made of materials that are not resistant to high temperatures, so during heating, it melted. In this way, toxic fumes of unidentified plastic enter the vapor that you inhale into your lungs. Bon appétit.
Alibaba uses a recognized brand
The problem is that the Chinese manufacturer takes advantage of consumer trust in a recognized brand in the industry, offering a product that is highly dangerous to health. On the Internet, it is difficult to find true information about the product – especially if it concerns sites like AliExpress. There are more examples that confirm this relationship. Here is a photo of a counterfeit vaporizer (allegedly by Boundless brand), which appears on the Internet:

As you can see in this case, not only the chamber itself was destroyed, but the entire device housing. Apparently, the manufacturer of this fake vaporizer did not take the trouble to ensure proper insulation of the chamber from plastic housing elements. It also apparently lacks an appropriate temperature control system, which is of course a key part of any self-respecting vaporizer.
Not all brands are trustworthy
Let’s skip the matter of counterfeits – it seems that in this situation there is no doubt about the quality of their manufacturing. However, there are still manufacturers who under their original brand release equipment that raises huge doubts about health issues.
We have such a situation in the case of products promoted by the famous rapper
Snoop Dogg. And although you can have enormous respect for him for the music he creates, the products he promotes under his pseudonym are not even close to real vaporizers.
The most popular of them is probably G Pen – a device that can be bought for as little as dozens of euros, which instead of vaporizing dried herbs, simply burns it… Not to mention how many plastic elements are found in the vapor path itself and its surroundings.
The manufacturer (Grenco Science) of this model later tried to release its subsequent editions, but each time it had huge problems. Below is a photo of the G Pen Elite model, which was supposed to be a “real vaporizer”:

In the image above you can see exactly why you shouldn’t buy vaporizers from sources that are not trusted. Just think – how much plastic must that unfortunate user of this equipment have ingested before they realized something was wrong?
Want to buy a Vaporizer? Go to a trusted place
It might seem like a dead end – wherever you go, there are problems… However, this doesn’t mean you have to give up your dream of safe and enjoyable vaporization.
So you don’t have to go through the hell captured in the images above – we did it long ago. Every Vaporizer that enters the VapeFully store is tested and evaluated for potential health hazards.
Only those vaporizers that meet the guidelines are approved for sale. You won’t find counterfeit models of well-known brands (we work directly with many manufacturers), nor models with uncertain health status.
