This type of burner is simply a slightly larger glow lighter, providing a higher flame temperature and the ability to work for a longer period of time without the risk of overheating.
The advantage of butane vaporizers is that they have no batteries or other electronic components. You don’t have to worry about whether your vaporizer will be charged or whether you remembered to bring a powerbank with you. It’s a good option for people who value ecological solutions or those who spend a lot of time away from home, for example outdoors, and don’t want to worry about lack of electricity access.
However, the greatest advantage of butane vaporizers is that skillful inhalation is more effective. The need to use fire makes vaporization also a kind of ritual.
For many people, this is the most important argument in favor of the fact that butane vaporizers are a much better choice than electronic ones.
Do such vaporizers have any drawbacks? It depends. For some, the need to use fire can be problematic, for example in a place where there are more people, when we care about discretion. Some also prefer simply convenience – in such a situation, an electronic vaporizer will work better, in which case there is no need to use a lighter.

Of course, in times when electronic devices accompany us every day, this is not a big disadvantage – until we face a few days camping trip or a mountain expedition, during which we would like to enjoy the taste of our favorite herbs.
