Within the European Union, we offer free shipping for all the orders above 50 euros. The shipping cost for orders below this amount is 7 euros (courier, priority). However, Ireland, Greece and Sweden are exceptions. For these countries the shipping cost is 15 euros. Free shipping applies from 90 euros.

Within 14 days of purchase, you can exchange equipment or receive a cash refund. After 14 days and before the expiry of 100 days from the purchase, for your return, you will receive a voucher to use in our store.

We are able to provide the best price on the market for the vast majority of products we offer. However, if you have found a better offer from an authorized supplier who offers a full warranty and is an official distributor of the product, we will try to beat the offer.

We guarantee unmarked packaging and a private return address and phone number on the shipment. We securely protect cardboard packages with paper fillers, which are the most ecological and easy to dispose of.
