  • Take a long breath that should last from 5 to 15 seconds. Initially it may seem impossible, but after a while you will find that by inhaling air slowly enough, you are able to take such a long breath. After all, practice makes perfect. You can use special breathing exercise applications, which are very simple and allow you to achieve excellent results. 
  • After inhalation, try to fill your lungs to maximum volume. Hold the air in your lungs for a moment, then release it in one breath. However, it cannot be very fast – try to exhale the air slowly and calmly until the very end, when you feel that your lungs are completely empty. Wait a few seconds and repeat the entire exercise 10-20 more times. Already during breathing exercises you should feel perfectly relaxed.

  • After exercises, rest for a moment and bring your breathing back to normal level. This is a good time to turn on the vaporizer heating and for example turn on music for better effect. When the vaporizer is ready to work, you can proceed to inhalation. Focus on your breath – you will certainly feel the difference when inhaling vapor from the vaporizer. 
  • Enjoy the inhalation, drinking water from time to time. It will ensure proper moisturization of the respiratory tract, which positively will affect your comfort during inhalation.
