Lucas Cysewski (born Łukasz Cysewski) is the founder and CEO of VapeFully— one of Europe's leading e-commerce and educational platforms dedicated to the safe vaporisation of cannabis and herbs, serving customers across the entire European Union. He has been active in e-commerce since 2012, and has been hands-on testing, evaluating and promoting cannabis vaporisers since 2015 — making him one of the earliest advocates of safe vaporisation education on the continent. Over more than a decade, he built one of the largest online communities centred on vaporisation in Central and Eastern Europe — the WKM Facebook group (Vaporisation, Cannabis, Medical).
He is also a certified breathwork coach and the creator of Breath of Freedom — an original breathwork programme designed for people who want to regain control over their relationship with cannabis and other substances. He brings together the perspectives of an entrepreneur, a long-term vaporisation practitioner, and someone who has personally overcome cannabis dependency.
Lucas holds a bachelor's degree in Finance and Accountingfrom the Wrocław University of Economics (specialisation:risk management) and is a certified AgilePM® Project Manager. Prior to founding VapeFully,he co-founded and led Career EXPO — one of Poland's largest job fair events — as well as Career Academy and Skills Day. He was an active member of AIESEC Poland and Toastmasters International.
Lucas discovered vaporisation while looking for an alternative to smoking — one that would let him benefit from the properties of herbs without the toxic by-products of combustion. His early encounters with a market dominated by cheap, plastic-reeking devices shaped his critical, safety-first approach to the industry that has defined VapeFully ever since.
Lucas's expertise is thoroughly hands-on. He evaluates vaporisers on the criteria that actually matter to everyday users:ease of use,reliability,physical and psychological comfort,the overall feel of the device,and flavour — in other words,the factors that determine whether someone sticks with their vaporiser or drifts back to smoking. One of Europe's first consumer vaporisation research studies — VapeFully customers (2017):Lucas authored a pioneering survey conducted among 2,0 VapeFully customers,examining how effectively vaporiser users transition away from smoking. At the time,no comparable data existed anywhere in Europe. Results showed that over 70% of customers reduced or completely gave up traditional smokingin favour of a vaporiser,while more than 57% reported a significant improvement in their overall wellbeing. The study was among the first on the continent to provide measurable,real-world data on the impact of vaporisation on the inhalation habits of cannabis users.
Vaporisation is not automatically "healthy". Over the years,many devices have reached the European market that should never have been sold — due to hazardous materials,flawed construction,or inadequate isolation of the vapour path from electronic components. Long before pan-European product safety bodies or vaporiser-specific consumer advocacy existed,Lucas was actively speaking out about these risks and working to protect users.

From the very start, VapeFully has publicly exposed and warned against unsafe devices, removing them from the market even when they were popular and profitable. One of the most significant interventions was pulling the Titan 2 Hebe from sale — a device that posed a serious health risk due to the materials used in its vapour path. When in 2025 fibreglass insulation was discovered inside the Angus Enhanced vaporiser (the YLLVape affair), VapeFully immediately withdrew the product and issued full refunds to every affected customer.

Over time, cannabis consumption became automatic and mindless — something that controlled daily life rather than serving as a tool for relaxation. Moving from unconscious vaporisation to an intentional relationship with cannabis required deep inner work. The turning point was breathwork combined with long-term therapy, through which Lucas came to understand the mechanics of dependency, the role cannabis had played in his life, and how to rebuild a genuine sense of agency and balance.
These experiences gave birth to Breath of Freedom — an original programme combining breathwork techniques with focused work on cannabis and substance dependency. The programme offers sessions for a range of needs: freedom from tension and stress, work with addictive patterns, and "just let go" sessions centred on releasing the past.
Lucas is also developing the 4o course — a continuation of this work — designed to teach users how to engage with cannabis without losing control, how to support nervous system regulation, and how to reclaim agency in both personal and professional life.
Lucas is deeply committed to the philosophy of harm reduction. VapeFully's mission is "healthy and body-friendly herb consumption through public education".
